I always go away stuffed. It all looks so good and if they don't have something you want they fill request at no extra charge. The employees are always polite and helpful. If I have a special pizza I want them to make and put out I try and put the request in as soon as I walk in the door because it usually takes 30-45 minutes for it is ready and put out. But this time the announced they were putting it out on the buffet before we were finished with our salads. Besides the pizza my wife enjoys their selection of pasta dishes. I recommend this location.

Gatti's in shepherdsville is awesome! Tabby, the manager, and staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They take any request! Open food bar with salads, pasta (spaghetti, Fettecini, etc), pizzas, and dessert. I love the spaghetti and meat sauce. Went with cheese pizza today. Finished it off with a smores dessert pizza! Great place, great food, great staff. We come here at least once everytime trip we make to kentucky.

We enjoy eating at Gatti's in Shepherdsville. Great service! We can order a pizza that we like (to put on their buffet) at no extra cost. The small salad bar is excellent. Two types of lettuce with many choices to add onto your tossed salad. Also, potato salad and cottage cheese is there. Pasta is also served. You can refill your drink on your own as often as needed.

Had the lunch buffet and everything tasted great. The best Mr Gattis around in my opinion and the Manager -Tabby I believe was her name - was nice and very professional! I highly recommend trying if you're in the area!!!!!

I had a very large order and Savannah saw to it our order was correct and completed quickly. She and the staff were very sweet!! Best service I've ever had there! Everyone loved the food. Many of our party were from out and had never had Mr. Gattis. They said it was the best pizza! Thank you all!
